MyGO Payroll & HR Mobile Application
The MyGO mobile application is a comprehensive payroll and human capital management tool available for iPhone users. It allows employees to conveniently access paystubs, timekeeping, time sheets, time off requests, and other important payroll and HR information directly from their phones. The app also offers GPS timekeeping functionality to accurately track employee clock-ins and clock-outs.
Please note that the MyGO App requires enrollment through a payroll service provider. To sign up as a consumer, please contact your employer's payroll or HR department for access.
In addition to the mobile app, MyGO also provides online access to payroll and HR information. However, it's important to mention that the GPS timekeeping feature is only available through the mobile application.
Key Features of the MyGO Payroll & HR App:
- Dashboard: The app features a dashboard with easy-to-navigate icons, allowing employees to quickly view and manage payroll and HR tasks.
- Timeclock: The timeclock feature includes GPS timekeeping for accurate tracking of employee clock-ins, clock-outs, lunches, and breaks. It also offers online editing capabilities with reference notes to prevent any HR discrepancies in the future (note: this feature is not available in the mobile version).
- Paystub: Employees can access detailed paychecks for each payroll period.
- Employee Directory: The app provides access to an employee directory with contact emails, facilitating easy communication between colleagues on the go.
- Employee Info: Ensures that personal employee information is up to date and accurate for proper payroll and HR record-keeping.
- Request Time Off: Employees can conveniently request time off or check their paid time off balances directly from their smartphones or mobile devices.
- Benefits Statement: Allows employees to review a summary of their total compensation package, including employer-paid benefits.
- Timesheet: Enables employees to track their gross hours worked for each payroll period and access their timekeeping information.
Security Measures:
- All activities on the MyGO app are routed securely to state-of-the-art servers to ensure the privacy of your data.
- Our hardware and data are located in a facility that undergoes regular SSAE 18 audits.
- The communication between the mobile device and Apex Payroll's servers is encrypted using secure encryption (TLS).
- A username and password are required for authorized access.
